Mr. Barry has more than 20 years of experience in financing all types of commercial real estate – more than $14 billion to date.
Joining Draper and Kramer in 1989 as a mortgage banker, Mr. Barry was promoted to department head in 1993. Since then, Mr. Barry has led Draper and Kramer’s Commercial Mortgage Production Group to become the recognized leader in mortgage banking in Chicago. Before coming to the company, he served as Vice President of Finance at Lincoln Property Company in Chicago.
Mr. Barry graduated in the top 3% of his class at the University of Illinois at Champaign, and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Barry also serves on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes.
