We also are sensitive to the details you should consider when deciding on financing, such as maximum loan amount, prepayment, and flexibility for refinance or transferability rate and term, and recourse versus non-recourse.

This includes being the only Chicago member in the Strategic Alliance Mortgage LLC (SAM), a nationwide group of independently owned commercial mortgage firms. SAM has a database with information on markets, properties, and debt and equity sources that gives its members a competitive edge. In addition, Draper and Kramer has its own Research and Analysis Department, which evaluates transaction data and develops financial analyses.
