Draper and Kramer's Commercial Servicing Department excels at maintaining the balance between customer retention and protecting the security interest of the Lender.
Draper and Kramer's commercial servicing staff is dedicated to providing the best possible service to Lenders. Our highly motivated servicing team possesses knowledge of all aspects of commercial loan servicing and is responsible for the loan administration, payment processing, tax, insurance, UCC administration and monitoring compliance with loan documentation. We also analyze the performance of the underlying asset pledged as collateral and manage all aspects of the borrower client relationship, including all asset management responsibilities. We have extensive experience in servicing Life Company and CMBS loan product types. Our current servicing portfolio consists of more than 350 loans totaling $2.5 billion in 26 states for 22 different lender pension and equity funds.
We have experience in servicing most types of commercial and multi-family loans, including:
- Portfolio lender servicing – We provide commercial loan servicing for balance sheet lenders including major life insurance companies. As a correspondent mortgage banker, we play a key role on behalf of our borrower clients and Lenders to facilitate effective communications.
- Interim and CMBS servicing – We have experience providing commercial loan interim and securitized servicing on behalf of lending institutions for commercial loans that will (or have been) securitized.
- Structured Finance servicing – We provide servicing for complex structured finance loans that often have cash management structures and reserves requiring active management.
