Regent O’Hare is a fully-developed 30-acre business park in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This 978,000 square feet portfolio of industrial and office/service center properties was developed between 1979 and 1989. The property was subsequently sold to a joint venture partner, Slough Estates. In 2001, the Company re-acquired the portfolio and embarked on a rehabilitation of the 500,000 square foot industrial center.
