This project incorporated the new construction of a luxury 13 story masonry-clad tower with the rehabilitation of a 4 story industrial loft structure. CityFront Terrace is located on a triangular site overlooking the waterfront and features an unusually high degree of amenities such as multiple pools, spas, a health club facility, below-grade parking, and lavish tropical landscape on the plaza level.
